I've only just found this site.. sadly yesterday I had to have my 13yr old Welsh Terrier Monty put to sleep. We're devastated. This evening I've spent ages just looking at WT site and viewing the wonderful galleries and photos of this wonderful breed.

Holidayed in Wales, thought we were never going to meet another Weshie, there I was in a shop in Hay-on-why outside my husband with our Ani who is 11months talking to the owner of Albert, hello to you both. On way home stopped off in Chester a woman made her way through the throng of shoppers to talk to us as she has never come across another Welshie, we had to look on her moby she was so proud of him, we can understand that as we too are besotted with our Ani.

I had a Welsh Terrier called Duke between 1992 & 1996, he was a wonderful dog. I now have opted for the Wire Haired Fox Terrier.

Toby showed up at our back door 2 years ago and we have never had so much fun! We think he's about five now and he is having a grand time digging up all of the vermin he can find in the yard. Wish we were a little closer to the rest of you!

Loving the site - I'm getting my first Welsh Terrier on 14 June 2010 and cannot wait! Just trying to read up and get as much advice as possible. Looking forward to being able to come on a walk with you this year

Hi: love the website, hope to join in a walk soon. Have Ozzie age 6 ( our second WT), a spoilt prince who is busy chasing a mouse in the garden now. Hallo to Jitka who grooms him.
